Dispatch and Delivery Times

PillowBeds aims to dispatch orders between 7 to 14 working days of the order being placed, however this can vary due to the availability of materials and fabrics and orders which are already in production, so this time frame may be extended due to reasons beyond PillowBeds' control.

PillowBeds will however keep you updated if this time frame is likely to be exceeded.

​

For UK orders, delivery would be expected to take place 2-3 working days following dispatch, however in the event of courier delays, this again is beyond PillowBeds' control.

​

For delivery to all areas outside of the UK, delivery times may be longer, according to courier timescales.​
